With more than 20 years of business experience, Ben Johnson brings a deep understanding of what drives growth and long-term value in a company. His background spans family-owned and founder-led businesses, companies scaling after acquisition, and enterprise-level Fortune 500 organizations. He holds an MBA from Boston University with a focus on business strategy and innovation, a bachelor’s degree in business and entrepreneurship from Babson College, and is a Certified Exit Planning Advisor (CEPA).
